1 is the lowest I could go, smh... if I could put negative, they would OWE ME STARS!This location is a JOKE!!! BEYOND disappointed in the pharmacy!!! They've dropped the ball too many times! And getting WORSE! You never can talk to anyone and when you do actually get someone on the phone they are absolutely RUDE! I'd rather pay more at a pharmacy that I can rely on, who is respectful and helpful! I am told the file says "patient put rx on hold" EVERY. DAMN. TIME!!! I did not! Over it!

I visit this Location often and the store is always clean, it’s always easy to find what I need and the pharmacy is great. The staff at theirs location is not helpful at all though. It’ll be easy to find the employees for sure as they seem to congregate in one isle with everyone restocking at the same time, in the same spot… and if you happen to find them to ask for assistance with someone checking you out they will be more than happy to tell you “the selfCheck out is open”. Happens every ?? time?? I ?? go ??. That said the fact of it being clean and easy to find what you need is brought down every time you have to hunt an employee down and have them argue as to weather or not they feel like doing the job they are hired there to do… assist customers & check them out!

Worst pharmacy in Lubbock. My daughter’s prescription was called in at 10:00 am. Went to pick it up at 12:00, and it hasn’t even been processed. So I get a text that it’s ready at 2:00, come to pick it up at 3:00 and they say that it is not ready and will be another 30 minutes. Very frustrated and will never use again.

The blonde b**** with the loud mouth! Who hired her to be a store manager? She is the sole purpose I don't go into the store. Destrict Manager must've been scraping the bottom of the barrel for managers dire her. If anything, I feel sorry for her staff. She's loud,rude and speaks horribly about her staff to other people.

I'll bet the sub reviews are for the customer service amd the idiotic self check out.2 employees watching me try to use the self check out and never offering assistance, asking me anything, or volunteering to help. I guess CVS is paying employee's to stand and not work.Has any business learned yet that the self checkouts are whats upsetting customer's the most.

This is the second time I have visited this store in a week. The first time I had to search for the item I needed. At no point was I asked if I needed assistance, but at least I knew there were employees in the store. I was finally able to find my items and used self check. The two people behind the counter at the front were at least friendly.Tonight (1-9-23 @ approx 8:45-9:00), as I was walking through the store I heard a young woman and young man talking in the make-shift managers office. I could not see them but could hear the entire conversation, complete with colorful language from the female. When I headed to the checkout, there was a young man who had been standing there for quite a while. He asked me if I knew where to pick up items that had been ordered online. THERE WAS NOT AN EMPLOYEE TO BE SEEN IN THE ENTIRE STORE! I told him I could hear them in the office. He said he heard them, but they wouldn't come out. I went to the door and knocked. When the young man opened the door I tried to explain that there was a gentleman at the front counter needing assistance. It obviously fell on deaf ears because he walked right past me and did not even acknowledge I had spoken. He was rude! He did help the young man then was obviously anxious to get back to his "potential opportunities" in the office. Anyone could have just walked out with their merchandise and the employees would have never known. Very disappointed! Management should look into this. If one doesn't know what is going on in the house, perhaps one should spend some time in the trenches. The behavior of the employees reflects very poorly upon the CVS brand. The second

Wednesday 11/23/22 around 11:30 am-ish. Whoever the female with dark hair who is running the drive thru for the pharmacy has probably one of the worst attitudes and behavior I have ever seen whenever dealing with pharmaceutical employees. For someone who is being “the face” of this company shouldn’t scoff and throw a huge attitude at someone who’s trying to just get their prescription. After pulling over the to the side, since it wasn’t ready whenever they said it was going to be (20-25 mins after), and wondering if I did anything wrong to receive such lack of decent respect, the attitude she gave to not one, but three more cars was super unprofessional. Considering tomorrow is Thanksgiving, it was super mind-boggling that such behavior was even portrayed.I have now learned HEB Pharmacy is probably one of the best pharmacies in the state of Texas.

Are your meds overrated and is your pain the best part of your day, then shop here! There is a good reason why this rating is 2.3, it's bc Google doesn't allow 0 stars so they have an inflated rating. This place consistently doesn't have meds in stock and they take FOREVER to get meds filled. My old CVS had a policy that if you came in the store they would get your order within 15 min but thisCVS clearly doesn't follow that policy. They tell you a time and then when you show they say it will be another hour, and they will KEEP DOING THAT!. Just string you along. If you have time to waste and love to wallow in pain, this place is for you!

Just look at the othe reviews. They're all true. You just can't count on this store. The pharmacist running the show definitely needs help and probably less responsibility. Meds are really important in some cases. And yes, I actually had to say that meds are sometimes important bc they don't seem to know or care.

Called the CVS pharmacy to have a prescription sent over from UMC per UMC pharmacist. I don’t remember the name of the girl I spoke to but she was very rude and unprofessional. She told me that what UMC had told me was incorrect and “she would know because she works in the pharmacy”. Told me I could speak to the pharmacist manager and that I could give him the same attitude I gave her. He picked up and informed me that they could but they didn’t have the item in stock but he didn’t care at all about how his employer provided customer service. He just wanted to be done with the call already. Called the CVS on 34th and Marsha and they happily fulfilled my request that the first pharmacist said was incorrect with no problem. Won’t go here again.
