Just came out of cricket and was frustrated because my phones weren’t working. But oh my goodness Victor R. Was EXCEPTIONAL!! His customer Service skills were spot on and he helped me get my service and phones back working!! They need more people like Victor who has the people skills to handle every client with ease, and getting down to the issue. Thank you cricket for hiring such a remarkable employee, if I could give him 10 stars I would!! ?

I have visited this store twice now and they should be commended.While I am a Cricket customer I have not spent a dime at this store. My phone and service were purchased in a different city.Both of my visits were to get help with customer service issues. I was well treated each time and the staff was able to provide me with all the information I needed, and welcomed me to stop by anytime I need assistance.

Very courteous friendly staff lots of know how went to the one on MLK and was there an hour and couldn't get a phone went to this one 5 minutes later I was out the the store with how new iPhone 12. Thanks guys.

Came in around 6:30 and i never caught the employees name but he was so wonderful and helpful!! process done in just a few minutes exactly like he said!! super happy with my new phone thank you!!!
