I recently started picking up my niece Mia at this daycare and I would like to say it was a great experience. I appreciated the fact that even though I'm family they still asked for my identification. The staff is very professional and nice. I watched a teacher interact with the kids on the playground and she was awesome. I would refer anyone here for their children.

I changed my rating to 4 stars, and the reason is that less than 24 hours after I wrote my review, I received a call from their new director, Kassie. She read my review and was apologetic for our experience. She told me several ways that they had addressed the concerns I had, including a big overhaul of the system, employee training, child safety, etc. I really appreciated her reaching out.I want to stress that most of our experience was good. I'm still not sure if we'll go back in the future, but the changes Kassie told me about made me feel much more comfortable.Original review:We enrolled for about two months in the 6w-6mo class.Front office: sweet ladies, never had an issue getting through on the phone. I appreciated the sign in system. I appreciated that they went out of their way to greet children by name. (How do you remember all those names and faces? No idea, but they did it!)Teachers/aides: Most of them were very kind, and it was easy to see hownmuch they enjoyed working with the little kids. A couple acted like I was a bother. (Maybe they were tired at the end of the day- I'd certainly be touched out/overstimulated with crying babies! So I give grace on this...) The majority of the ladies were good at communicating with me about the care of my LO (little one). I always received a written report.Three things upset me deeply:1) Before we had access codes, during our first week, they had to ring us back, which is fine. When I sent my husband (who had never been there) for pickup, --they-- identified him, "Oh you must be XYZ's dad," buzzed him back, and gave him our LO. Never asked his name, for an ID, etc. I didn't address this with the front office because my husband didn't want me to rock the boat.2) One day, one of the teachers happened to mention that I didn't need to bring more breastmilk, as LO "had a lot in the fridge." That didn't sound right, as I never gave enough for a full day and had them supplement with formula. She handed me HALF A GALLON of spoiled milk, dated over a 2ish week span. It had just been collecting in a bag in the fridge. Why? The excuse was that I had told them to preferentially give formula, and use the breastmilk as back up if they ran out. That makes NO SENSE to anyone who has ever breastfed. Couldn't produce paperwork to support this. I took the milk with me for baths/etc, but it upset me deeply. I mentioned this to the front office and took photos of the milk bags.... were they going to feed LO weeks-old refrigerated breast milk if they ran out of formula? It just didn't make sense. No use crying over spilled milk. It was annoying, but okay, accidents and misunderstandings happen.3) A staff member happened to mention a CPS investigation into someone IN MY LO'S CLASSROOM. I was never made aware of any concerns or allegations. This was what upset me the most. I did see some paper, way up in the corner of a bulletin board, stapled so there was poor access, not easily readable, that there was some sort of complaint. I couldn't tell who/what/where/when. This should not count as a main communication. If there are allegations, communication is important, and removal of that person during an investigation also. I understand there are always two sides to a story, but there was no direct communication to me, and this specifically was what broke my trust. We chose to switch daycares. The day to day care my son received seemed fine. He seemed to like his teachers, in a good mood at drop off and pick up, no diaper rash/etc, changed clothes when needed. I didn't have any reason to assume his care was insufficient. Actually, I had been telling other people early on how much I liked the daycare. The ladies working here generally seemed very kind.Still, I felt failed.

I've had a great experience sending my kid to CLC's 6w-6m class. Everyone was cheerily greeting her by name within a week, the teachers do a great job of feeding & napping the babies super regularly, and parents are kept well aware of any irregularities, need for more personal supplies, etc. Overall super consistent and friendly experience.

This place is not good my daughter is stage with kids older than her. An she has said that a boy older than her has been doing Inappropriate things. How do they allow 2 kids to share being unneath one cover. This place Is very Undermanaged With no supervision. Place thin twice before u take your child here.
