Brought in my laptop a couple of weeks ago, was quoted about 1 week for it to be ready due many repairs. With in a couple of hours i was told it was my hard drive and it could be replaced and able to pick up in a couple days. I was very excited to find out they worked quickly on my laptop and the service was very friendly and always kept me in the loop. Would highy recommend. Excellent customer service and price was not bad at all.

I came from Austin to study school here at tech, and this place was amazing. The tech guy called me through every step of the process and made sure that my computer was fixed. I came in with a complicated CPU problem with my high-end PC and they managed to fix everything perfectly. If you’re from out of town and need a reliable place to get your computer fixed, I’d highly reccomend Computer Professional Repair.

I recently had a great experience with CPR - Computer Professional Repair. My PC was not turning on correctly and I was worried that I had lost all my important files. I called CPR and they were able to schedule an appointment for the same day.
The technician was very professional. He quickly diagnosed the issue and explained to me what needed to be done to fix it. He was able to repair my PC in a timely manner and all my files were recovered.
I was very impressed with the level of customer service and expertise provided by CPR. The pricing was also very reasonable for the quality of service I received. I would highly recommend CPR to anyone in need of computer repair services. Thank you CPR for saving my PC! Thank you Ryan and yo the amazing team you have!

I took my laptop in for repair. I really expected that it couldn’t be repaired or that I should just buy a new one because it would be too expensive to repair. The basic charges were explained to me up front. The next day the repairman called and explained they needed to order parts and gave me the price. I gave the ok and the laptop was repaired within a day or two of receiving the parts. The laptop works like brand new and the price was exactly as quoted.Their customer service is excellent, from the girl at the front desk to the repairmen. Not having experience in repairs, I felt I could trust them because of the way I was treated from my first visit. I am very pleased and wish I could give them more than five stars.

Honest and up front on if my motherboard was repairable or needed replacement. Cost for replacement was higher than the price of the computer, so they were able to take important files off my computer for me for a reasonable price.

Moved to Lubbock recently from Iowa and left behind all the professional people I depended on so when my computer of 10+ years died I called my old computer company and they recommended CPR on 82nd & Slide. They turned out to be fantastic. Got a new computer had a few minor problems due to my being semi-literate in computer, I called from home and it was taken care of in less than 30 seconds. I have never had such fast professional service in my life. If you need service, hard or soft ware, any type of computer help, this is the place! You can't do better than CPR. Not only are they top notch but their prices are reasonable. I don't mind paying a decent price to get quality merchandise and outstanding service. I believe the money I spent there was invested and it's probably saved me money in the long run because I got true value for my dollars.

So glad CPR was able to diagnose the problem after my son’s computer kept shutting off every hr. Turn around time and price was great considering the wait was on the manufacturer sending us the working part needed to finish. Highly recommend.

The guys at CPR were so nice and helpful in fixing my laptop trackpad. They didn’t immediately start with the most expensive option and rather put a plan in place to save me money and start with simple fixes first. The had my laptop for less than 24 hours and it’s working great! I will continue to use them, and refer them to friends and family.
