Come here every time I’m sick, they are always great and I would give 5 stars. Today they saw us walk up and the nurse went and locked the door. Still in business hours.

This clinic is great, unless you see Amy Brown. I have seen her both at this clinic, and the one on 19th & Quaker. Both times, she refused to take me seriously. At this clinic in particular, I had strep throat and felt terrible. She hardly even looked in my throat and told me I was fine since the test was negative. I told her I felt terrible, and she refused to treat me. I explained I was about to leave town and wouldn’t be near a clinic, so I wanted to be looked at. Her response was “and was does that have to do with anything?”. I let the illness go on for two weeks, because, as Amy Brown stated I was “fine”. I went back in and sure enough, it was strep throat. I will save the details of my experience on 19th & Quaker for their page. I filed a formal complaint with Covenant, and never heard back.

Receptionists were horrible, I called multiple times no answer I had to call and pretend like I was making an appointment to get an answer. They dont't communicate about prescription or anything like that, still waiting for Dr Garrett to speak to my insurance.

The receptionist at the front desk was super helpful and professional. Was taken to walk in side and again greeted by a great receptionist. Didn't have to wait any time before going back to the exam room. Medical professional rep was super thorough and attentive. Nurse practitioner Amy Michelle Brown came in, and service went downhill. She was in the room not five minutes and did not even listen to any of my problems. I came in from a fall with hurt toe and knee. She did not look, told me if I was worried I should just go to the er and that I can work. Then, she left the room. I am very upset with her, Will not come back if I have to see her.

When the people at the front desk are there, you can get seen quickly. The entire process is extremely quick but not necessarily attentive to patient or thorough in their care. Had issues with getting a prescription to go through to the pharmacy and the front desk was not very helpful until the pharmacy told me what to suggest to the clinic (had to call multiple times). It’s been 19 hours & still waiting.

My fiancé went on a Sunday for severe pain. They suspected kidney stones and did labs and radiographs. They were suspicious of kidney stones but couldn’t get confirmation due to lack of CT. My fiancé was vomiting in pain and barely able to walk. They refused to give pain medications and said they’d prescribe some that would work just as fast. They did not explain the medications prescribed at all. My fiancé left and every pharmacy in town was CLOSED. She could not get pain relief until the following day. How can a health care provider not be aware of this and at the same time deny pain meds?
After researching the medications given and being aware of how to take them (with food or without) without any help from the doctor, she took the medication and is still in some mild pain weeks later. She called the office to ask for some advice since the doctor prescribed her these medications and saw her for her condition. The office did not answer. She left a voicemail explaining she’s still in pain and wish to speak to the doctor. It’s been days and we’ve received no phone call. I work in an animal hospital and understand all the workers in this building have lived and want to get home but you need to actually do your job first. When a dog comes in with immense pain we first address it immediately. We go over medications thoroughly with owners and when they call with questions we answer them or at least leave a message so that we can answer them later. It sad that you can receive better healthcare for your dog in this town than for yourself. This is a new building beautifully built! What a waste of money and resources. If you care about your own health, I wouldn’t waste time or money going here because they clearly do not.

Rude reception people; they act like they don’t want to be there with their attitudes. Doctors aren’t bad.

They didn’t do the blood work I was sent in by another provider to get, didn’t address why I was there, and forgot one of my prescriptions. They also prescribed me medications that interacted.

Tested positive for strep and doctor said “ I’m prescribing amoxicillin.” I told him that in the past amoxicillin has not helped, that I usually get augmentin. He looked at me and said “follow up with your pcp.” Four days later I’m much worse and having to get new antibiotics. Visit was a waste of time. The doctor did not listen to me. Would not recommend this clinic to anyone.

My twins see Dr. Strong and sadly he was booked for the day. His nurse recommended the urgent care right next door for my daughter cause she was running fever. I walk in and didn’t even get greeted. The front lady, Teresa, was very rude and unprofessional to me. She had an attitude the whole time. I told her that I need my daughter to be seen and that she was a patient of Dr. Strongs and she very rudely said “Have you tried to make an appointment with him?” I understand they were busy but his nurse are the ones that recommended to go to that urgent care! I love Dr.Strong and his nurse, but I will not be going back to that Urgent Care!!

Could not be seen for possible mastitis because the male Doctors weren’t comfortable touching breasts. Absolutely ridiculous and extremely unprofessional. Especially because it’s such a serious matter.

This has been the worst experience I have had in the United States of America where health care is so expensive. I went with my son with asthma who only needed one aerosol because his were out of stock. I arrived at 11:30 and they had a staff meeting. at 12 How is it possible that there is a meeting in an Urgent Care room and there are no people left to care for the patients? The lady who spoke to me only said that it is what it is or it is how it is because they know that their procedure is very bad. When he explained to me he told me that coincidentally today they would close the clinic at 11:30 because they had a meeting and I asked them why they had not put up a sign informing me that I would have returned to another clinic anyway my son who had an asthma attack had to move to another clinic because they had decided to close services for an hour and a half, meaning that if someone arrived bleeding or with asthma they had to move to another clinic. That is disrespectful, inhuman because it was not about me, who is an adult, but about a 4-year-old child who could not breathe well and I clarify, there was half an hour left until the meeting and at 11:45 there was no one in the room, only my child. I have asthma and no one wanted to treat him. I only go to that clinic for Dr. Guardiola, who is very attentive, otherwise he will leave his services today, horrible how they handle patients.

Super unprofessional female in the front desk. I called ahead of time & told her my wife hurt herself at work & she said I could come in. I brought my wife just for her to say she didn’t speak to me & tell me anything & they couldn’t see her. She walked away in the middle of supposedly helping us to tend to her child with her at work behind the desk. Very unprofessional & just poor service. The other lady was helpful & nice
