Jill in the billing department is caring and compassionate. She is a human face and being instead of the automated phone menu and people far away who don’t understand what the issue is. I was so glad I made the time to go in person and talk with her.

Every time I've been here, it's a good experience. They were even able to fit me in the next day when I called to follow up. Staff is easy to work with and helpful.

I was very nervous and they were very kind they walked me through it and talked to me the whole time they gave me accurate timing and we're very caring about how I felt will definitely tell everyone that I know in need of imaging how great they were

Took a good friend for test had to help her get in because of the snow and she was afraid of falling and am very happy that they are taking precautions for the covid-19 virus but the lady's at the door are so rude very unprofessional

The staff here are so kind, upbeat, and quick. I wish all covenant medical centers were this efficient and full of positive people. This is one of the few places I have zero anxieties about going to. Never ever had any issues. They’ve always been wonderful.

The front desk was helpful nice and polite but when I went in the back to get an MRI done the man was nice but the lady was rude she was trying to cover me up with a blanket when I can't be covered up going into an MRI with a stimulator then when I was getting out of the MRI the lady acted like she didn't even want to help me up off tht bed to the MRI

My husband recently had an imaging procedure done there. Dr. Bill Moskos was VERY RUDE and condescending to my husband. My husband did not feel good before he had the procedure and Moskos’ behavior towards him was very inappropriate. He needs to review the Hippocratic oath again and take a hard look at his own ethical standards if he continues to treat patients the way he did my husband.

I recommend your staff answer the phones by the name of the business, and use the official name when taking appointments and telling patients where to go. Just saying "Imaging Center" isn't good enough. Too many people are calling and going to the wrong address due to this confusion.
