The most disrespectful staff ever have ever meet in my life. Let’s start with the first lady behind the counter. She was like I can’t read the address I was like we have never had an issue with that she thought that was some sign of disrespect. I was just informing her of that not to mention she didn’t clarify what address. So I finally I get the address then she was saying rudely must have been talking to her. I told she was being rude. Then she called me disrespectful. So I left came back to whole other disrespectful staff member. I use good RX because a lot of times it’s cheaper than insurance. My wife and I gave them this info months ago and never have been asked for it again by anyone. So they tried changing be without them I had to show it again. When I asked her why she said with a snappy tone that’s policy. Once again been going to Costco location for years. Then I had to wait for the pharmacist to approve the good rx which was already on file for months at this location. When I was waiting I said wow then the lady said rude and I mean louder than are whole interaction what did you say. They were also not wearing name tags. The only thing positive I got was a guy name Austin I took my complaint to him is that as nice and respectful. You should probably have him in a training position to train that rude staff and give him a raise. Very nice kid. I will never be back to this location for anything.

I was at Costco yesterday, 6/25/2024. I cannot lift the water and they so graciously bring it to the front and then I ask for someone to load it in my car. I thanked the employee and he said I love my job and I love helping people! Awesome customer service! Thank you Costco! I'll keep coming back!

Yes, I am yet one of the legions of faithful and loyal Costco customers. So glad that they have one in Lubbock. Been a member since they opened in Hawaii, many years ago. It took a little longer for them to arrive in Lubbock, but glad they are here now! Healthier food options vs. the competition.
