Thank god they are going out of business they completely suck at their jobs… going out of businesses but we still have couches for 3000 after the giant discount complete garbage good riddance. Plus the couch I wanted was on order but then told they didn’t have the couch anymore and order was originally sent to Dallas cause they didn’t bother to make sure it was to be delivered to Lubbock but they were super quick to take my payment and then make me wait forever to get refunded

BEWARE!!! SCAM!!!
We ordered a chair from Jesus Yanez on Sunday 7/21 where we were told it would be delivered to the store on Wednesday 7/24. We asked them if they would hold it until Friday when we could pick it up. Just called to verify it would be ready by 10am for pick up and they “don’t have the chair” they also could not give us a time when it would be there. Both him and another employee were extremely rude on the phone when we were trying to figure out where this $400 office chair is. WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS HERE AGAIN.

Samuel and Nina were great. Got my new washer at price I could afford. Samuel helped me he really helped decide which washer I wanted since I hadn't bought one in a very long time. I would recommend the sales staff at Conn's in Lubbock

I purchased some sofas in El Paso great customer service but when we checked are items they did not want to open them all completely. So we had some damage on the sofa and recliner they came out and they said it's going to take about 10 weeks to replace the items...So Shannon from customer service told me that they can't do anything about the issue and they can't even give us a discount of one month even though we can use are recliner at all what kind of customer service is that and there is no one else that's higher then her to talk about the issue so all customer please look very well over your items and Shannon from customer service it don't matter if you can use your sofa or recliner they will not help you with anything..Never again will I buy from CONNS..
