They do Not care where their money comes from & even people who don't have accounts with them are charged hundreds of dollars with no recourse. Thier customer service is a joke. They are not even remotely concerned about clientele. Actions speak louder than words & this company has no pride . They're just thieves stealing hard earned people's money . You reap what you sow & eventually this buisness will go under with practices like these . Please if you get any unauthorized charges on your card from this company STOP your card ! They will clean out your account & they won't even hear your grievances .”

“New to reviewing. MOW has been very helpful to me. The meals are mostly okay and really come in handy, especially on the days my provider does not come. Although I don't often get to enjoy them for lunch due to a late breakfast, I warm the meals in the microwave for supper. They usually do well. Thank you for trying to create nutritious and flavorful meals for us.
Also, I really appreciate the couriers for their time and friendly faces. I find myself trying to get up in time to see them. We have short but nice talks, which boost my mood. Most of them are so sweet and have big smiles.
They come in and check on me and leave the food. If I am in bed, it means I did not get much sleep, and I am EXTREMELY hard to wake. But, once they see I am alive, they leave. These visits are super important, as I am sometimes alone for 1 to several days at a time (especially when my provider, older than me, has to deal with her own medical or other issues) and just need to be seen alive and not on the floor and to talk to someone other than telemarketers.

“The elderly woman who operates this facility - solely by herself- LOVES DOGS . Yes she is stressed at times and relies on Donations to keep saving dogs . I am sorry she was rude when going to retrieve the donations . However I am mad that someone-possibly - stole her canister of donations ! NOW THAT WAS RUDE AND SINFUL - if that is actually what happened!!! Please donate whenever you can to her foundation . DOGS are incredible and she Loves them ! After all DOG is GOD spelled backward !!!”
