I have not been to Body Shop’s in Lubbock , as I have not lived here in the last 40 years. I did my research on Google and read about the body shop and their reviews. I chose this Body Shop due to the fact that their reviews were pretty much outstanding as well as they replied back. I myself as being a business owner in Austin for the last 40 years, I believe that responding back to your reviews is good business. When I called them on the phone, everyone I talked to We’re very pleasant and informative. My car was only there for a few days and it looks absolutely great. And they guarantee their work so if there is any problems, I’m not worried. And to top everything off, my car came back spotless clean. Thank you very much for taking care of me and my vehicle. I hope I don’t have to use your business again however, if we win, I will choose you again.

One of my best body shop experiences . They were kind and respectful. were able to get my car in less than a week.
The overall cost was cheaper than other quotes that I had. They even cleaned the car before I picked it up.
No complaints whatsoever.

A great family owned business. Bought a pickup bed roll cover. Also recently had a drivers side mirror and washer reservoir replaced. There is a very quick turn around in ordering parts and getting them installed. Their prices are very reasonable. Will use them again when needed. I highly recommend them.

I had a crack in my windshield that needed to be replaced. Lubbock Collison ordered the windshield and soon after had it installed. The work and customer care are top notch! I recommend Lubbock Collision to everyone I know for their mechanic and collision needs.
