Will leave you sitting in a room for 30 plus minutes. Spent an hour there 30 in the waiting room and then 30 min in the actual room and did not get any blood drawn.

CPL Lubbock is a great place to go for your labs. The staff is great, it’s in a convenient location, and there is little to no wait times.

There is no privacy as far as your name and address. It is very busy. The staff does take care of the orders appropriately.

Harmony did so good on my blood draw! I am usually super nervous & she helped me stay calm, explained everything to me & I didn’t even feel the poke! She did great!

Considering we went for lab testing and had to conduct the swabbing and placing it in a container ourselves, I would say I did someone's job for them and didn't get paid. Not impressed! Otherwise the speed of getting us to the back was quick.

Staff was very professional and super friendly. The phlebotomist I had was so sweet and just absolutely made my day. I never felt the stick and it was quick and painless.

I have had a lot of blood work taken, I will say the lady I had today knew exactly what she was doing, filled two tubes, and had me out in under a minute. Found the vein immediately. I never really felt it. The best experience with bloodwork I've had in my life.
