I never put one star but this was so ridiculous I have no words. Beware of this place, I had a good friend of mine drop my dog off here while I'm on vacation. I called ahead and told the man my dog was matted and hasn't been groomed in a while. He proceeds to be rude to my friend saying he couldn't finish my dog's head because he was trying to bite him. My schnauzer that is 10 and has gum disease with teeth falling out, okay. That's fine, I'll go somewhere else to finish it if you can't. I was a little mad but understanding because my dog has anxiety. That's not even the worst part, my friend sent me pictures of my dog with just the body finished, so I just wanted to talk to the guy over the phone to see if there was anyway we could resolve the issue but instead tells me rude things and continues to be super unprofessional. When I got off the phone my friend was still there paying him and he proceeded to call me Names and say "she's a b****." How are you going to call me a b**** when I said nothing wrong to you especially when I ain't even around. I could've been an understanding person because you weren't comfortable with a dog with anxiety but when you started calling me names that went out door. Don't go here.

I took my goldendoodles in today to be groomed. They went in looking like a disaster and I got them back looking fantastic! We will definitely be back for our next haircut!! Thank you!!

I was surprised to find the amazingly kind service and the fact that they were open when no one else was. I brought my doggies in for a bath hoping to get it done as a walk in, because we were traveling and was helped even when no other grooming place was open, due to the holidays. The price was cheap but overall, it was the service that most stood out. Thank you for everything. May God Bless your business.

Debra is the absolute best! She knows exactly what type of cute your dog needs and she also diagnosed my dog with an ear infection. Sure enough, I took her to the vet and she had gunk in her ears and she was treated right then and there. I highly recommend Debra/Classic Grooming! Most places don’t care about your dogs and she will take care of you and your pup.

Took my dog in today and it was the first time I've used them. Nothing but 5 stars all the way. Super friendly owner and staff. Paid almost half of what I had payed at Reesa's in the past. They called before they had her finished to let me know they'd be done in about an hour and also called once she was ready. I had to have my dog shaved and they did a great job. Other places have left obvious shear lines that looked pretty bad, but she looked beautiful this time. I would highly recommend Classic Grooming and will definitely be a repeat customer from now on.

Lonnie always does a great job grooming my baby's. They love to go see her. Lonnie always makes them and me feel welcome and she works with my crazy life. She is worth the money. Her pice I think is very cheep for what you get. Cheep price and 5 star service. She truly cares about animals and people. I will follow Lonnie any were she is the only person I trust with my baby's.
