Booked my appointment on Thursday and they were able to get my 80lb labradoodle in the next day! Molly looks so good and is as happy as can be! All the women were amazing and showed patience and grace! Thank you!

Absolutely poor customer service!!! Definitely not the same place they were 20 year ago. Employees aren't truthful,- at all!Callie even refused my request to speak with the owner, said I was speaking rudely ( I wasn't and didn't ever raise my voice)- then proceeded to hang up on me. Not to mention had me go get unnecessary vaccinations, that my vet said were not needed. All of my dogs are current on Rabies and bordatella, among others.

I tried to have my dogs nails cut. He is eight months old, large breed but barks at everybody. I was refused service. The staff did not even attempt to put a muzzle on him as I requested. I was basically just asked to leave and go somewhere else. I even offered to pay $50 for his nail trim instead of $13.
