Atmosphere very nice. Tons of selections for gifts and yourself. Most items are a bit high in price but they look amazing!

Their customer service sucks. Multiple attempts to reach them via email and zero response. I don't live in the area to go into the store.

This place is sketchy AF. I ordered a wireless leather charger in Cognac online. They notified me that they no longer have that color and offered to swap for black. Ok, fine. When I received and opened the item, the packaging was thrashed with components missing, and the item had markings on it and was clearly used. When I contacted Chrome, they feigned ignorance and offered 15% off. No thank you, this needed to be returned. They wanted to charge me for return shipping when they did not send the new item I ordered, but a used one. After multiple additional requests, they have been unresponsive, which appears to be a trend from their reviews. Avoid this merchant!!

Um...their main doors are broken. The main entrance is roped off to greet you and count you as a customer. We had to wait to even enter the store or be allowed to walk it. It was literally roped off. That's the most ridiculous thing I've ever seen or heard of with a shopping experience. Their stuff has always been overpriced and this just proves to me that it's not worth it. Won't be going back. Will not be recommending to anyone. You can find cuter things at bucketheads.

Looked through multiple racks of clothes in the men’s section and not a single XXL in sight and only a few XLs that were the size of a large in other stores. Disheartening and a very negative experience to say the least.

I stumbled upon this store while visiting from Houston. I was blown away by the selection and quality of clothing. Such unique items. Loved everything I purchased, and the help from everyone was top notch. Can’t wait to return in the fall.

Such a great store with great employees. Every time i go there i am greeted with kindness. They have an amazing selection from shoes to household items. Great place to shop and support local.

I want to start out by saying I do genuinely like Chrome. They have a large selection of unique items that range from clothing to stationary, that I can not find anywhere else in Lubbock. The rope doesn't bother me and I believe it was there for covid related reason. However, the biggest issue with the store is the lack of size inclusive clothing. Unless you're between the sizes of 00 and 8 and are not too tall or short, you won't be able to find any clothing in your size. It's honestly really disappointing because I've found many pieces that I've liked but they didn't have any sizes close to what I wear.

Last time shopping here - I was immediately put off by having to wait behind a rope to be “let in”. I waited for a few minutes and no one came so I let myself into the store. Context, I am 27w pregnant, so obviously the clothes won’t fit me now but I wanted to shop shoes, jewelry, home decor etc. Not one associate said “hi” or acknowledged that I was right beside them as they put away clothes. Literally had an associate walk right past me several times and completely ignored me. Very unfriendly, and rude staff. Sounds like you either get profiled here or completely ignored. I had to wait again by the rope to be let out and the associate letting me out seemed annoyed that she had to stop her work to deal with the rope. All all in all a very awkward entry and exit with unpleasant associates.

The security guard was the nicest person in the establishment. Almost nothing of interest in the whole store, and if you do find something, buy it elsewhere without the ridiculous markup.
