Chelsea was amazing at doing everything she could to help us sell our house and find a new house.She quickly figured out what we wanted and she focused on that to find the perfect house for us. She was there for every step, every question and every concern. She was right in the top of everything and explained the process with us. She made the sell of our house and the purchase of our new house so easy. She made this process amazing.

The best realtor I have ever dealt with. Chelsea was very understanding of our situation, I was in the process of selling my home in San Angelo, and was not ready to make an offer on a home when we first asked her to show us some listings. We explained our wants/needs for the home we were looking for and she went above and beyond to find us homes that met our requirements. Then mine sold and she really met our expectations and we found the home we wanted and she also fought to help us get the right price for that home. She did an excellent job, in both finding/showing the homes(and was never pushy to make an offer when we found one we liked), setting up home visits, communication was always great with quick responses to our questions, and her insight on the market came in very handy when it came to negotiations. I definitely recommend Chelsea to anyone buying or selling a home.

Chelsea is a rockstar! I seen her sign at an open house that she was doing, and decided to call her to sell my house. She went above and beyond to get me top dollar for my house. We had open houses every weekend and it sold pretty fast. Definitely recommend her for buying and selling. A+
