Shop here regularly and own a game shop in town. The manager asked me to hold games that they needed for a customer because they had messed up. Never showed up and no communication, have no respect for others after shopping here for years. Unfortunate. Won’t be back. The employees are usually very nice and sweet, definitely recommend them. Sounds like this was up to the manager who left us in the dark
