Started out great but I guess after you’re a customer for 5 years plus they no longer care how you’re treated. They put you in vehicles that barely will make it down Frankford to the loop.

Car wasn't worthy of leaving town after about 4000 miles, started doing the bucking bronco, transmission problem I believe. Carizma didn't seem interested in making anything right, I have even returned the car and they called asking for payment and asking were the car is. I returned it, idk what yall did with it...
