Well it was a great Holiday break for our daughter, though I’m deployed, she was able to spend a few weeks at home with all of our family. She returned back to Lubbock late yesterday morning at the airport. I want to give a BIG shout out to Caravan Self Storage & RV that helped her upon her return. Caravan Self Storage & RV!!! They took care of my daughter as her car would not start after sitting for 3-4 weeks (in addition to an older battery). They tried jump starting it unsuccessfully, but stayed with her the entire time until the roadside assistance companies. My daughter said that these were the NICEST people ever and wants to get them all gift cards. We're super happy parents!!!

I was told at leasing that the units were pest controlled. My unit is currently full of mice and mice droppings all over everything! Not pest controlled at all! Dust in long term storage is to be expected, but not the moisture damage that has occurred to my solid wood furniture! Peeled finish on all the furniture, rusted metal headboards, and a rusted top on the washing machine are all from moisture! This was not done due to flooding because none of the bottoms of anything is rusted just the tops and sides of things. They are poorly constructed tin units with no separate roofs on them and have open tops with one tin roof covering the whole building. I regret storing anything there! Don't make the same mistake that I did by renting a unit there and having your things damaged! Take Care.

I have had storage units at this location for years. The owners are friendly and accommodating. I just wish they had roll off dumpsters or dumpsters to help keep storage spaces clutter free.

The lady who works there is rude. She would not let us get in our storage and would lock them for us not to get in and charge us. Disrespectful .

Reserved storage on-line and went in in person to give payment and it was easy and fast. Vicky was very helpful and delightful to work with. My storage unit was clean and ready for my stuff!
