I chose this Body Shop due to the fact that their reviews were pretty much outstanding as well as they replied back. I myself as being a business owner in Austin for the last 40 years, I believe that responding back to your reviews is good business. When I called them on the phone, everyone I talked to We’re very pleasant and informative. My car was only there for a few days and it looks absolutely great. And they guarantee their work so if there is any problems, I’m not worried. And to top everything off, my car came back spotless clean. Thank you very much for taking care of me and my vehicle. “The crew here did a great job. They were kind and explained everything to me in a way that made sense to me. While the waiting area was sparse, I still found that the chairs were comfortable. I would say that maybe some bottled waters would have been decent for anyone waiting but it does make sense they wouldn’t have any if they didn’t always have anyone using the waiting area.”
