I spent 2.5 hours on a phone to buy a used handgun. The guy on the phone didnt care to help and was rude. This was rhe first time ive ever dealt with rhis store. Never agian. Absolutely a waste of time and energy

I come from working with Homeland security and I understand that being stern and not being personable is something that’s beneficial in certain forms of security however, I went to buy a firearm here yesterday and not only were they not personal, which I don’t need. They were outright rude and robotic, just because our transaction doesn’t have to be on personal levels and we don’t have to like one another does not mean that you should be a rude robot the entire transaction
