Karen knew exactly what I was looking for after a brief description and was very helpful in the selection of colors & other characteristics. After our order was placed, it arrived ahead of schedule, we were promptly notified of delivery, and installation was scheduled within a couple of days. Our installers were super- professional, very polite, and noticeably courteous! The entire experience was exceptional!
