Customer service is nonexistent. Called multiple times and showed up in person twice to no avail and was told after calling for a tow that I needed to inform them an hour before I was going to be there. This is not posted anywhere and they intentionally make it difficult to reach them. I'm still sitting in the parking lot, and have been waiting for almost an hour for the attendant. So much for 24hr service.. but I suppose that's only if you're scheduling a tow

You don't see a rating because Cantu Towing sucks. I'm not saying the Cantù name is bad, but if your kin to Cantù Towing (I'm sorry) but they're a#?holes or the ones that came over here anyway

This is legit the worst company. That's why they've got their license removed I have no idea how they got it back. Forget towing, out of every company to exist Cantu wrecker is the absolute worst. Just look at all their reviews. Nothing but bad reviews and the ones that gave 5 stars are just family !!! Cantu wrecking is nothing but a big family that think they can run everything and think they're big dogs and they run the show. Last night my car was being illegally towed. I have a rental at the moment. My landlord knows I have a rental. Cantu spoke with her and she told them to leave my vehicle alone, they unhitch it but only after some scrawny little 16 year old looking dude instigated everything. They escalated the situation. Then they tried towing my neighbors car and they didn't even hitch it on right ! The car was being dragged and making a screeching sound. My neighbors were going back and forth with Cantu and then Cantu calls for back up, a jeep comes with a huge guy and two big girls only to stir up more heat and drama !! Litteraly what was the point of that jeep coming. They are making accusations saying my bf pulled out a gun on them, we don't even own a gun !! My landlord said they have cameras on the trucks and I said to please go back and look at them because we didn't do anything like that that's a serious accusation. When 1 hour later after they left, the "owner" comes back and so does that jeep with VENGENCE!!! Immediately he started hooking up my rental and I said oh heck no we just went ober this and he said that he got his feelings hurt and so he was back. They came back because their ego got hurt LOL. my landlord had to personally come here and tell them not to take my vehicle and I had to call the police !!! The people in the jeep that was there for backup ig Litteraly told my landlord that I wouldn't stop running my mouth. They were illegally towing my car !!! Im a college student and its finals week I need my car especially when I did NOTHING wrong. Not to mention when they were leaving the first time, that 16 year old looking scrawny dude couldn't even drive the towing truck he almost wrecked into the rental and almost ran over one of my neighbors.

last night my car was towed from my apartment complex even though it was registered and had a sticker on my back window. when i called to figure out why it was towed the guy on the phone gave me no answer and started cussing me out and hung up on me when i said they unrightfully towed my car. terrible place, terrible customer service from tommy that talked to me on the phone. would give 0 stars if possible.

Watched them drive away with the car. They quoted us over the legal TDLR limit. They won't give us access to the car or information about accessing the car. The phone operator refused to give their name or rep number but continually put us on hold when we tried to call.

These ppl are trash humans. They treat ppl like crap. They riled up a customer already upset for a tow. They do not know how to defuse upset ppl. If you're going to run this racket, you can't treat ppl like garbage.

STAY AWAY. This is the worst company Ever!!!! Forget about customer service, I don't think they know what customer service is. RUDE RUDE RUDE. After waiting to get my car out, I was told they were doing me a favor by coming to get my car. The person working has the worst attitude ever. I would never recommend this place Ever!!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. First off, they towed our car to a garage that we had chosen with our insurance company, but never had the conversation with the garage that they were brining the car so they tried to make it our problem since the garage had no space to store the car until it could be inspected for damages. Next, when we got home, we saw that they scraped the bottom of the car on the driveway, and caused visible damage. The kicker of the whole situation is when we contacted them, they wanted us to push it off until after Christmas because their boss is already out of town for the weekend. I'm sorry, but damaging someone's property because your drivers are irresponsible is something that you have to handle when you own a business. And then hanging up in my boyfriends face because he said that he wants the boss to handle it now? Yeah they definitely will never have our business in the future. So disrespectful on so many levels, the owner should be ashamed to have employees like that. If you damage someone's property, you need to handle it right away especially if it is going to cause repairs down the road. What an absolute joke of a company.

Incompetent, rude, inconsiderate and reckless. Stay away from this company. I have never dealt with a more unprofessional business. If another tow company takes a little while it is worth the wait. They showed up late, damaged my car and did not care a bit.

If there was 0 stars, I would have given 0! Long story short...towed my elderly parents car home, hit their brick home! Damage was not only to a Porsche SUV but their garage and garage door as well!! To make it worse...they would NOT take responsibility!!!! My elderly parents had to seek a consult from an attorney!! They would not admit they did wrong...we had pictures and a video!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS GARBAGE COMPANY! DO NOT CONTACT THEM FOR ANY SERVICE!!! They have terrible reviews for a reason!!!

My husband and I were out on a date night tonight and our tire popped out of nowhere. We had a very nice gentleman come and help us out on his day off, and at 11 o'clock at night!! We can't remember his first name, but he was so kind and helpful! Thank you, Cantu Wrecker!!!

Absolutely the worst wrecker company in Lubbock. The man towed my car even though I was there to move it. Left my pregnant self stranded without a way to get my keys to get into my house. The man working was disrespectful, unprofessional and rude as hell. The towed my car when there wasn’t anything posted in front of where I parked. Very ghetto employees. We were also told it was going to be $160 to get my car back, went as soon as they opened and paid $350!

Cantu wrecker service was awesome! The driver was polite and friendly and the price was about 1/3 of what other wrecker companies charged. They were prompt and professional. Can't ask for more, they rock!
