Called and told the clerk I had a pair of Cinch Jeans that I received for a Christmas present and wanted to exchange them. He said because the jeans were not purchased from them they could not exchange them. Called Boot Barn and spoke with Carl the manager and he said he would be glad to exchange them for the one’s I needed. He and his staff were very cordial and helped me without any problem. Will be doing my business with Boot Barn in the future.

We took our grandson to get boots and we were the only customers there. When we walked in we told the young man behind the counter we were looking for children's boots and he pointed us to the back of the store. We obviously interrupted him checking his phone. We didn't know what size we were looking for so tried on several different pairs and found not a great selection in his size. No one came to help us or see if we needed any help. After lots of searching we finally found a pair and made our way to the counter to find the young man hunkered down checking his phone again. We told him it was difficult finding boots in the right size and last time someone helped us. He said he was there on his own and shrugged his shoulders.......even though no other customers were in the store. We got absolutely no customer service and I am sorry we even made a purchase there.......will not be going back.
