Made a online purchase and went in store to pick , well my husband wanted to look around and we ended up finding jeans , two nice shirts and some boots as well , but we had no help from associates and we needed it but I felt like I was going to interrupt their conversations if I did . Well we did take a while to shop especially our son started getting fussy , I also felt racially profiled as I’m Mexican and my husband is African American we both just got off work so we weren’t the best dressed well we were the only customers at the time and as we were making our way out their were two cops and the security waiting by the doors. Honestly they have beautiful clothes and boots but would not want to have that experience again so most likely will not be returning.

Received a pair of Cinch Jeans for a Christmas present. Jeans weren’t purchased at Boot Barn and I called and spoke with the mgr Carl and asked if he would exchange them and he graciously said he would. Called Boot City, Cavenders and Dollar Western Wear and they all told me since I didn’t purchase them there they would not exchange them under any circumstances. I appreciate Carl and will definitely will be doing my business with Boot Barn!

They have a 10% retired military discount, so I went in looking to spend 2 or 3 hundred dollars on a new pair of boots, as I am retired Army. They followed me around and watched me the whole time I was there, and gave me strange looks. I felt like they didn't want me there or thought I was some thief. Plus, they lock their bathrooms, and I had just drank an energy drink and a bunch of water during and after leaving the gym. I didn't appreciate having to ask them to unlock it the first time. I needed to go more than once, which is a pain, so I just left when I had to pee again. Would not recommend.

Not a great experience at all. My order was cancelled and told I would receive a gift card in 3 business days. Also, when I went in the store was ignored by employees.

Order $400 boots to be shipped to the store for a Christmas present. When I picked up the package is completely ripped apart and taped back together. When I open the boots they’re bent and worn looking! First and last time buying boots from here

I like boot barn... but after only 10 minutes in the store I've been asked 4 times if I "am still doing ok," and to let them know if I need anything. As I'm typing this it's happened a fifth time. It makes me want to leave the store. Look if I'm talking to my wife about how the boots look on her, I don't want to be interrupted every 2 minutes.Edit: I've been asked 37 times by 5 different employees

They gave horrible customer service! They don’t great people when you come in the door. Not a “how can I help you” when they see you looking.
