If I could give a zero star- I would. I went to get my oil change. The attendant asked me if I would like my radiator flushed? I explained to him they had just flushed it the last time I went there (same location). He indicated to me that it was pretty dirty. He said I had a warranty of up to 50,000 miles on the radiator flush. I told him I was back because it was my 3000 mile oil change due. He went to talk to supervisor and the supervisor told him I had to pay for the service of the flush if I wanted it. Do not see why I needed a flush if a flush was "supposedly" done at my last oil change! . I will NEVER go back. They charged me a radiator flush that was never done! Supervisor could of made it right instead of trying to charge me again for a service that I paid for and was not provided for me the last time. Shaking my head. Taking my business elsewhere!

Wait time was reasonable. Customer service was outstanding. Teamwork and communication within pit crew exceeds expectations. This team seems well trained and confident in the work that they do.

Came in a month ago for an oil change. As they were finishing up, an employee tried to close my hood without putting down the hood prop and broke off a piece, so now my hood will no longer stay up when opened. Several employees came over and looked under the hood, trying to figure out what was wrong but no one came over to talk or apologize to me. Eventually I was told that they would order in a new hood prop and call me when it came in to replace the broken one. They verified my number and info in the system before I left but I have yet to hear from anyone on fixing the damage they did to my car.
