I can't wait to get back to Lubbock so this location can change my oil. They are always super professional and get me in and out in a timely manner. I've never had a problem with them and they even spoiled my dog with love and treats when he came with me one time. I am partially writing this review in frustration towards another Take 5 oil change in Austin, TX because I didn't realize or appreciate how good these guys are at this location. Will definitely be back.

Wait time was longer than expected (30 minutes) and the prices seem to keep going up. The service was very good though.

Took my car for an oil change about two months ago, around Valentine's Day. Everything was peachy except for the bill, I showed the guy I had a coupon he scanned it but he didn't change it on the credit card reader so I was overpaying them $20. Didn't realize that till I got home so I guess that's my fault. I called the management office they transferred me to the manager of the garage. Kind of a rude guy but whatever. Told him the situation and he said to email him the copy of the itemized and credit card receipt and we'll get it all straight out. Did and he responded that he would send this to the corporate office. A week later I didn't hear anything, so I emailed the guy. Nothing. Very disappointed and very annoyed that nobody has kept in contact with me about it at all and it seems like they were just trying to sweep it under the rug. Never coming back here!!!

My transmission is going out pulled in to there. Just wanted to see if maybe the fluid was low. It was not low. Buck suggested we get it looked it fast. He even changed the oil for me! What he didn't know was today was not a good day. Just things being all wonky, and what he showed me was.. things can be better. So thank you so very much.

Had to get my vehicle inspected. They did it on a Sunday around lunchtime and it was no wait. So glad to know this place does them. Very courteous help as well.

Appears Dwayne is running a tight ship and holding his crew accountable to perform and complete all service level tasks. When you have customers paying top dollar this is expected! His men got my car ready for a 7 hour drive and I’m confident my vehicle will perform.Service: Oil change

They charge too much and they don't even do what they say they do on the receipt. Definitely get off and check your fluids to make sure the filled them as well as cleaning windows....they didn't even touch mine.

Called and I had questions to ask this young gentleman and long story short he hung up on me. Didnt say goodbye or nothing. Felt as if he didn't want to be bothered. Poor sales not pleased.

Well take 5 is an amazing company to work for. But from my experience from shop 445 tho very short crew was great. But even if you are one of the best works and hustle hard. As long as the District Manger JOSH doesn't like you. That is all the reason he needs to fire you and 4 days before my birthday. So if he comes up and grabs your should even if it makes u uncomfortable apparently just let him do it because it could cost you your job. Best of luck to future females employeesServices: Oil change

***Stay Away From this Business*** While in the middle of processing my credit card the "Manager" came over and took a picture of the credit card machine in the middle of the transaction with his personal phone and left. I had to ask the technician to go get him to discuss what and why . When he returned I asked him to delete it and he refused stating it was his personal phone. this place is shady as hell.Service: Oil change

Prices have increased by almost 30%. I pulled up and asked the technician if it was time for an oil change. He told me it had been 4,000 miles and that I was 1,000 miles overdue for an oil change. After I get my oil changed using synthetic oil (just as I did the time before) the manager told me I should get it changed every 5,000 - 6,000 miles. I did not feel good with the way that all went down.
