I left $200 headphones at the gym. By the time I remembered I was home and did not expect to get them back. I decided to call and try my luck. Victoria answered the phone at the front desk instantly and I explained my issues and the last place I left them. Not 1 minute later she came back, verified the brand and said they were still there. I know some people would not have done that so I am very grateful for her help today. Awesome job Victoria, you saved me $200! I will surely keep coming back to your gym. Love the staff!

After cancelling my contract and going to a new state for my job, the gym still charges me$85 for the trainer of which I was told to come in person a month earlier. I came and cancelled after driving over 200 miles overnight just to cancel it after being charged $425 dollars and it was a frustrating experience. Yesterday I'm seeing I'm charged $85 for trainers fees and I knew I drove and cancelled in person and there was a cancellation contract which I have proof that I was there. I will never recommend someone to go to this gym.
