“I have not been to Body Shop’s in Lubbock , as I have not lived here in the last 40 years. I did my research on Google and read about the body shop and their reviews. I chose this Body Shop due to the fact that their reviews were pretty much outstanding as well as they replied back. I myself as being a business owner in Austin for the last 40 years, I believe that responding back to your reviews is good business. When I called them on the phone, everyone I talked to We’re very pleasant and informative. My car was only there for a few days and it looks absolutely great. And they guarantee their work so if there is any problems, I’m not worried. And to top everything off, my car came back spotless clean. Thank you very much for taking care of me and my vehicle. I’m a beginner painter and stopped by to get paint for a cosplay costume. My experience with automotive paint is mostly with rattle-cans from big box stores so I was intimidated and nervous about going to a professional supply company.
Grant was so helpful, he helped me find paint and clear coat within my budget and walked me through how to mix them appropriately.
I’m so grateful for their patience and willingness to help educate me with respect. I felt completely out of my element when I walked in but left with a world of confidence when I left. This is clearly a high end supplier and they were so friendly to a DIYer.

“Had a bedliner sprayed on my new 2024 Silverado. They told me if I dropped it off first thing in the morning it would be ready by closing. It wasn’t ready because it wasn’t dry and they hadn’t put the bed lights and outlet back in. I took it home and noticed they sprayed it super thin I can still see red paint coming through. They did give me a discount of $80 since it wasn’t ready on time ,but then charged me $30 to use a credit card without telling me there would be a charge.
Update: They were able to spray the bedliner again and it looks much better. Changing to 4 stars.”
