Randy with Black Diamond Details has been taking care of my Cadillac CT5 for a few months now. Solid customer service, great communication and excellent value. Even after a week of bad weather, my paint still has incredible shine! He has a maintenance plan that I highly recommend for anyone who is particular about their cars and have a busy schedule.

I went to Randy to get my truck Ceramic coated with a special he was running at the time I was very happy with how it came out. I initially had a few spots that I was unhappy with, so I contacted Randy with a few photos and asked if he would be willing to redo parts of the front. Randy asked me to come in later the next day and not only did he fix every spot I pointed out, he had a great attitude about it and was able to satisfy someone who can be very picky. I recommend Black Diamond Details for Ceramic coating and will be using his services for all of my vehicles going forward.

After picking up my car from the dealership, i noticed they didn’t give it a good cleaning from its previous owners. Saw the amazing reviews online for Black Diamond and had to check it out for myself. Not only was the customer service top tier, but the owner did an AMAZING job of getting all the crustiness out of my vehicle that the dealership neglected to do. I will be back for any future detailing services!!

Had an AMAZING experience! My nephew threw up in my Yukon and it smelt terrible, so I took it here to get the smell out. Randy the owner was so kind when I booked! He made me feel like a friend and not just a customer. I got booked right away and my car looks and smells amazing! He even did an ozone treatment just to make sure the smell was completely out for free, because he saw I have a little 5 month old and had compassion on me! :)
Such a great guy. We will definitely be back, and highly recommend this place to everyone we know! :)
Also they have realistic prices compared to others in town!
