First bride shop I went to in Lubbock when I needed a wedding dress. Bella’s bridal has the sweetest girls. Helped me look around and find a dress. Despite their best efforts on helping me I didn’t find what I was looking for. Besides the two girls it doesn’t seem like there’s much help from a manager. The one time I did see her do something it was to be disrespectful to one of her employees. She was so upset that she had to step away from me gather herself. Beautiful dresses, great workers, bad management. Still think about this 3 months after my visit

So a little horror wedding story I’m just sharing MY experience… Yesterday I had a bridesmaid appt. set since MARCH. We went to this shop because I got my junior prom dress there & had a great experience then. I am a very prepared person I had dresses ahead of time picked out for the girls and everything. We go to our appt. yesterday just to be told they sent an email late May saying our appt. was cancelled as they no longer service bridesmaids. I checked & searched the email by name & NOTHING. The lady tells me oh well it might’ve been sent to your spam & being so dismissive! Like who looks at their spam???!! I checked there as well NOTHING. But the bare minimum they could’ve done was called me to make sure I knew. I worked with all the girls schedules to have this appt booked MONTHS in advance & this is how they treat their customers, a returning one at that but NEVER AGAIN. Shout out to David’s Bridal, Ashley was my consultant she was the best! She made sure we tried on everything I wanted answered all my questions 10/10 recommend her! I’m glad I got a happy ending but still warning how my experience was with Bella’s Bridal & Prom in Lubbock.

They were so helpful. Listened to my daughter’s wants but understood the needs of the dress we wanted/needed for prom. Large selection. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a formal!

I walked in , wasn’t even in the store for 2 seconds and was already greeted with rudeness, not by all the staff but by this one specific lady . She had an attitude acting like she did not want to be there . I WAS going to buy a dress but with that ladies attitude , i walked out . What a waste of my time.

The dress at first when I saw it I was scared to worry because I didn't want to show anything on me kind of like a tomboyish girl. But then after I got to the prom I got comfortable in it I like how it looked on me and how it is fitted on me.

Very rude! Locked us inside the store and just pointed to dresses and left us there while another lady was on the phone we waited to get let out & had to ask for them to unlock the door. She was extremely rude!! Never will i spend my money there!! Hello learn CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS.. but you were still rude & no one offered to help us. I understand why you’re locking the doors but you were very rude. Happy customers is what keeps your business going!!
