If I could give zero stars I would I have been here several time and everything they done care about the quality of there work it's always just rush to get to the next customer everytime I leave my nails are uneven or like today very chunky and look aweful nails are not cheap to get done there is no reason what so ever I should have to go home and try to fix what I just paid the $60-%70 to do and they nails I got today I can't even fix they look soo bad!

Thank you Hailey for fixing Diamond Nails mistakes. She was very kind and skilled. She even went out of her way to make sure that I was happy with my polish color by testing a few colors on me. I never felt rushed or pressured into getting services I didn’t want, unlike my experience at Diamond Nails. She did my nail art perfectly. I was impressed with how effortless she made it look! I have been going to this salon for years. The past 2 times were horrible. They acted annoyed we were there, and literally sent my daughter out in tears. It took almost 3 hours to get both of our nails done (feet and hands)!! We were getting. her nails done for her senior pics and they look terrible. After spending $240 on both of our nails, we will more than likely need to go somewhere else to get them redone.

Got my nails did for the first time here and they started coming off within seven days I’ve never had my nails come off within seven days I’ve had three nails come off that’s never happened to me before my nails usually last me about a good two weeks before they start to come off I had a nail come off within three days after I got them did and then another one came off today and yesterday I had to glue one down because it was about to come off like this is unacceptable I’ve never had this problem with none of my nail shops I’ve been to and I decided to give Bella‘s a try I paid $180 for two pedicures and a full set The prices are too high and the nails are not worth it I will not be coming back

I received the shellac lavender pedicure and it was below average for $70. The entire pedicure was 35 minutes...everything was minimal. The massage was less than a minute and the buffering of my feet was maybe 2 minutes. Not impressed. The atmosphere was nice and the staff was friendly. They has wine or water. I will be finding another salon in the future.

I had a pedicure & a manicure with shallac polish I requested a design that was nude color with gold foil I was told they cannot do that design it had to be done with dip powder it was a simple design so that was strange. I asked for an overlay on my big toes only, i have thin nails. My nail was all misshapen, The line by the cuticle was all jagged not a clean finish. He left shallac on my skin and cured it. When it was time for my nails he started to paint under the moon of my nails it looked as if it had been 2 weeks already. I asked him to get closer to my cuticle and he just painted over them which left it looking uneven and bumpy. I called and they asked me to come back in the next morning when I did the lady was not happy at first . An older lady had to come and speak to her & then she was nicer but very quiet. She said it was the color of polish that is why it looked bad. I have had nude nails before done somewhere else and they didn't look like that. They also charged me 150.00 and if you pay that much they should look like a professional did them not so random guy from the streets. Did she fix them yes did they look professional no. It was a very uncomfortable because of the ladys atttime when I went back. I do not recommend Bellas Nail & SpaServices: Foot massage

I have been goin to this nail salon for 3 years and always had the best luck with getting what I wanted.! Til today the nail tech I usually had was booked but granted they got a new guy nail tech and they said he was amazing. I showed him what I wanted so he told me to pick colors. He started puttin the tip on and he constantly said I'm almost done what colors, then I'm done what colors did you pick. I would say I don't know yet. I have to find the ones I want. Usually the nail techs help find the colors he sure as heck didn't. I also told him from the beginning I like my nails thick but not so thick it's ugly. Well three finger nails are crooked and no it's not my finger it is my nail completely. I finally asked for someone else to do them and he got upset that I asked someone else to do them. I wanted dipped and they did gel paint.! Not what I wanted.! I am not happy with the way I was treated today. I wish they put more into for as much as I paid. I paid $90 for this set and it's crappy.! I don't know if I'll go back just because if that.! I love my nail tech but after the way the new guy treated I dont know. My nails were somethin I didn't want because he wanted to be impatient!

They were in a rush!! My whole left hand is crooked, I got my nails done on Sunday it’s Wednesday and they look like there ready toPop off!!!! My gorgeous (Bffff) wanted to get a design on her nails and the lady who did them told her she would only do the design on 2 nails! Like who does that?? Overall the worse place to go so far Never Ever Ever going with them again!!!!!Service: Manicure
