I really used to love this place but unfortunately the hours have become really minimal. Also the last time I did manage to make it in the owner seem quite preoccupied and alittle unpleasant. I try to shop local first but I really doubt I will come back.

LOVE! Such a great place for fun, unique gifts and some of your favorite boutique items. This is my go-to, especially when you want something more personable and thoughtful. The selection is catered to women but they do have things for men at times, more during the holidays it seems. It is a little pricey but for good reason…. the uniqueness, quality and variety of items are perfect for special occasions, gift baskets, events etc and they do a great job of stocking fun, on-trend seasonal items!

CLEAN BUSINESS BUT MOST OF THE INVENTORY IS JUNK OR STUFF NOONE NEEDS AND IS HIGHLY OVER PRICED. THE OWNER AND STAFF WERE GREAT AND VERY PLEASANT.

I cannot love this boutique more and it’s owner. Kandice not only has impeccable taste in children’s books but she takes the time to get to know her customers. She always asks about my foster girls, vacations, and events we have. Recently she contacted me about a book case in her store I have been eyeing but not for sale. During her overhaul she gifted me the opportunity to purchase. I am sharing a photo of said case, filled with many things curated from her store. I love Barque it’s become my happy place and somewhere that reminds me of California —my home.

Not only do they have the best selection of Capri Blue products and Jon Hart products, but their customer service is 12/10!! I’ve been a frequent flyer here for a while and have always received above and beyond customer service but today was hands down the best. I usually come there sans moody infant but today I didn’t have a choice other than toting my not-so-thrilled 10 month old. Once meltdown was festering they could tell I was nervous and they went out of their way to ensure I didn’t need to feel bad, they even offered to move things out of the way to maneuver her stroller easier. Also their turn around time on the personalization of products you buy there or provide for them to do is extremely quick. This store has pretty much every gift item you can think of including baby items!

In the past I loved buying gifts and cards at this store. Unfortunately they now have awful hours that are impossible for working people during the week. Hope to see the hours adjusted to something more accommodating.

Owner was very rude. Made a comment to my daughter when we came in to look at wedding invitations and my daughter reached out her hand to introduce herself and the owner said, oh ok I can sanitize I guess. She then gave us a box of old invitations they had done told in the past and asked us to rummage through those and pick something. The quote then came back at nearly $3,000 and this still required us glueing the liner in the envelopes and addressing them! She was very little help and didn’t even attempt to ask us if we would like to design one of our own! It also took three phone calls just to set up the appointment for our session that day. Big price tag for something you can do yourself online. Won’t be back.In reply to your reply.... there definitely was a lack of communication and customer service. There was no time spent talking to the bride to be at all. You seemed very uninterested and very busy eve though there were no customers in the store. I just wish our experience had been equal to the prices you were quoting. We should have walked out when you were rude at the door about shaking a person’s hand. Best of luck to you. I do support local first and am sad we couldn’t do business together.
