The atmosphere is clean, friendly, and really great, providing a literary happy place and a bookworm's paradise. A Starbucks inside offers coffee and a caffeine fix for visitors. The store receives high marks for its accessibility, featuring an ADA bathroom, an elevator to the second floor, and plenty of space to maneuver. The staff provides excellent and sweet customer service, being very patient and helpful, with knowledge like a superpower. A primary drawback is the mall location, where parking can be a nightmare on the weekend. The store is very busy on Saturdays, but it remains a treasure trove where one could spend an entire day browsing.
