The wait time to get into my safety deposit box is unacceptable. 3 officers working with clients and two tellers available with no communication as to how long my wait will be. 35 minutes now and still waiting. This has been the norm the last 3 visits to this branch.

Worst bank in America . Unfriendly .. can literally make the money faster then they can cash it . Takes 45 minutes to cash a check . They take 8$ from your check if it’s over 50$ .

Ridiculous that BOA closed the full service facility across the street, no longer has drive through service, usually only has 1 teller working but other people trying to hit you up to open an account or file for a loan, and that you have to enter the building to use the ATM. I have been approached by homeless people on this parking lot several times.

Made an appointment and was seen right on time. Banker had all our information on had so it was quick to finish out our transactions.

This bank does not respect the time of the clients, if the appointment is at 2 pm it must be at 2 pm we do not have to wait up to an hour for the appointment, respect the client

Staff is rude and they have been under staffed the pass few years. Just go to a atm or somewhere else. You will wait a long time in the lines

It’s so frustrating to ever visit this location because no matter what time or day you go there is only ever one teller open. There are two lines, one for business and another for regular customers, however this constantly fails because there is one teller and everyone squabbles about their place in line. Absolutely a terrible set up and while my experience online with Bank of America has been fine I cannot stand the physical location.

I've been with this bank since 1996.Ive never had any problems at all..its sad that they closed the drive thur. Especially for those that have disabilities and have to go in and wait in line forever because they sometimes they only have one cashier.But other wise it's all cool.And at the ATM there's a limit on withdrawing money.

They don’t cash change , they close for snow , they don’t answer phones, tellers are always rude (except Kim she’s always pleasant) and everyone that works in the side offices seem to just be messaging around talking every time I’m in here . I was second in line for a deposit and it took an hour. Will be closing accounts and going back to my old bank even though it’s out of state. That’s how bad they are.
