One person doing deposits. Two doing a checking account promo. Those people will overdraft in a month

It is easy to open an account, but it is like pulling teeth to try to close an account. Customer service is the worst.

The wait time to get into my safety deposit box is unacceptable. 3 officers working with clients and two tellers available with no communication as to how long my wait will be. 35 minutes now and still waiting. This has been the norm the last 3 visits to this branch.
