Made an appointment a day in advanced because their waiting time usually sucks. Got a call an hour before my appointment to tell me that I got to go to another bank because they overbooked, however when I booked my appointment they had several time slots available so I guess they giving priority to other appointments booked... read full comment

Worst bank ever. Always a long wait time. I understand some days they’ll be a rush of people coming in but have more than 1 teller out there to help with that. They never have more than 1 teller. It’s horrible. Hire another teller and have 2 out so your not wasting peoples time at the bank.
