Best pair of boots you could spend your dollar on, hands down. Buying a pair of boots from Brad is probably the best investment I have ever made. He puts a great amount of detail, time, and effort into every single pair he builds. Wearing my pair of BG custom boots out in public always gets me endless compliments from people. Brad is very fun and easy to be around and always has great ideas for boots. I haven’t ever seen a cooler pair of boots come out of a shop than the ones that come out of Brads shop in Lubbock. Would reccomend him to anyone in the market for a once in a lifetime pair of boots!!!!!

We really like this local business, unfortunately, Tandy has control over what they can order. Too bad the big franchises have such control over the individual owners.I'll find another place to order my leather materials and tools and NOT shop the bully, Tandy!!

I purchased these surprise boots for my husband's Christmas present. D. always spoke of his dad whose profession was a cowboy/ranch foreman having a pair of custom boots made for himself. I wanted D. to have a pair to follow in his Dad's footsteps. Brad Glenn made D's experience so special. D. loved choosing every aspect of his custom made boots with Brad's experienced guidance. Brad's attention to every detail and workmanship make each pair of boots he makes knock down gorgeous. D. is an avid TT Red Raider fan, so it was important to incorporate a touch of TT in his boots. Waiting for the entire process to unfold was difficult, but made the anticipation , oh, so exciting. D.'s face says it all in the picture while sporting his brand new, knock -it -out -of- the -park, gorgeous, custom made boots. As Brad designs and makes the boots, he puts a lot of thought into the person the boots are being made for. Brad prays for the person during the boot making process. Through prayer and getting to really know his customer, he is led to inscribe the perfect verse inside the boot to bring comfort and inspiration. I must say EVERY single time D. proudly wears his boots (which fit like a glove), someone ALWAYS compliments them. D. smiles and says, "Thank ya, these are my custom made boots. A boot maker named Brad Glenn made them just for me." Thank you, Brad, for the skillfully made boots and a most memorable experience.

Two years ago I ordered a pair of custom boots. I received them 6 months ago and returned them because they did not fit. Brad assured me that his boots were perfect, that it was my feet's fault that they did not fit. I reminded him that they were custom boots supposedly made for my feet. He was so furious with me and threatened to throw me out of his shop. After some discussion, he agreed to return my money if I would remove the poor rating I had given him on Google. I removed the rating while at his office, and he said he would not refund me until he saw on line that it had been removed. I then left his office expecting to receive a check in the mail for my purchase price as he promised. That was in April of 2021. I am writing this review in October of 2021. I have NOT received my refund to this day, nor have I heard from him.
