The employees here take the crown for worst customer service ever. The units are what you see; urine soaked, poorly lit, and horribly maintained. But that doesn’t matter; you get what you pay for and they are cheap. They have a contract and there’s nothing wrong with that either, what places these days don’t. Why you should avoid this place at all cost is to avoid giving money to the rude, condescending, and horrible staff that runs this location. shOcKeR that it’s so poorly kept. Please, I beg of you, please do yourself the favor a rent from any of the other 50+ storage unit places in the Lubbock area.

Horrible experience with the staff of this company and called to speak with upper managemebt and was advised would get to the root of problem and call me back , being I'm not a customer I would NEVER BECOME ONE with this type of customer service.

I am not in Lubbock Texas but my daughter is going to college in the city. Enic was exceptional. He provided options that will provide my daughter a stress free transition from the dorm to the storage. He provided all of the relevant information in one simple call. Absolutely beautiful service. Used this storage facility for a few months. I didn’t have any issues. It was really easy to get started and they were also very helpful in accommodating my needs. I didn’t know you have to give a 10 day notice before moving out. Which Morgan was very helpful in processing my move out without giving me a hard time or making me pay any extra charges for the follow month. If I even need to rent a storage again I’ll definitely be using them again. Thanks ?

I have been storing stuff with them for a long time and have always had friendly and quick service. What I really liked was I could just email or text them as well, they would get back to me as soon as they could. One thing I also enjoyed is they would take my payment out on the 5th every month rather than the 1st of every month. it let me settle my other bills that had priority and helped me make sure those bills went through first.

I had an amazing experience using AAA tech State Storage. The customer service is amazing, no hassle rental and move-in, and willing to work with you find out your exact needs. Will definitely use them again in the future!
