“We’re new to Lubbock and had a wheel that was making noises. Saw all the great reviews on Google for Gary’s and decided to take it there. They didn’t disappoint. They found the issue and fixed it. It was a quick and inexpensive fix. I appreciate that they didn’t try to upsell needing something more and were honest and transparent about it. Service was great. I flew in from Oklahoma and they picked me up from the airport, everyone was so friendly, helpful and accommodating. “We were driving from CA to Dallas for the eclipse. Had a tire blow at 7pm on Sunday (day before) just outside of Littlefield. It was 830 by the time we got it towed into Lubbock. Never thought I'd find an open tire place, but Lopez popped right up. Luckily he had a tire in my size and got me back on the road the same night. We made it to Dallas as 3am, got a nap and saw totality. Great service, great price, great hours. Saved our trip!”
“Total professionals. I've had an exhaust system installed, most recently a leak (non related to the system they installed) fixed. They got my truck in, and out in just a couple hours. Excellent work, fair prices, and their customer service is top tier. I won't take my vehicles anywhere else for exhaust work.”

“We were making a long trip through Texas and we’re having issues with our trucks DEF system, we got stuck in limp mode and couldn’t go over 65 anymore. Rocky and the crew at wrench em were so kind and checked out our truck right when we brought it in and were able to diagnose the issue in the system. They were great and gave us all the info and didn’t pressure us into any decisions of what to get done, but let us make our mind up based on all the info. They ended up changing some sensors and put in a new pump and the rig is back up and running! Everyone there was so nice and understanding of the hurry we were in. The people here felt genuine and trustworthy and we are grateful for their help! :)”

“I’m pleased with the result. They got my 2007 Ram 3500 running after another shop did overhaul and it never ran right. They figured out electrical and fixed fuel leaks. It did take longer than I would have liked but it is running well. Thank yall. The wait was worth it .thank yall for my Christmas present i actually can start driving my Ram again after more than 3 years of it breaking down because of other shop. I recommend using this shop for your maintenance and repairs”

I was giving up hope when I saw this shop was 5 min away I called them they took me right in and within the hour we were up and running!! Trust in God and he will lead you to the people that will take care of you! We have reached our 956 mile journey because of there willingness to set aside there already full garage to help us! I offered to pay double and I was told it would not be heard of!!! Please Show some love and use this shop if you are in need of any Power Stroke work!!!
