“I have not been to Body Shop’s in Lubbock , as I have not lived here in the last 40 years. I did my research on Google and read about the body shop and their reviews. I chose this Body Shop due to the fact that their reviews were pretty much outstanding as well as they replied back. I myself as being a business owner in Austin for the last 40 years, I believe that responding back to your reviews is good business. When I called them on the phone, everyone I talked to We’re very pleasant and informative. My car was only there for a few days and it looks absolutely great. “We were driving from CA to Dallas for the eclipse. Had a tire blow at 7pm on Sunday (day before) just outside of Littlefield. It was 830 by the time we got it towed into Lubbock. Never thought I'd find an open tire place, but Lopez popped right up. Luckily he had a tire in my size and got me back on the road the same night. We made it to Dallas as 3am, got a nap and saw totality. Great service, great price, great hours. Saved our trip!”
