I did an online order with pick up same day. Was asked for an alternative person to pick up, I provided the legal documentation for a government issued ID For them to be able to pick up. When going to retrieve the item that was ordered, we met with one gentleman who we provided the name of the order and then stated with confirmation ID and drivers license that they were the ones picking up the item. Could not find the item at first, then came back and said well you can’t even after providing the documentation. Then the manager on shift at that time came and was completely rude. Had an attitude as soon as she walked up because it disrupted what she was doing, Instead of asking for the buyers last name, Proceeded to say the person that ordered has to come pick up and show their ID. I had to come to the store, a form of ID along with the email, And then was told we still could not pick up item. After, mentioning, I’d go higher to report, we were then allowed to take our item. After showing 2 forms of IDs, giving the email confirmation number, stating the name, we received nothing but disappointment and disrespect from someone who is a manager. Managers are supposed to be professional, and respectful and that’s not what we received. While at home has been nothing but great For purchases, the people are not the friendliest and today was an absolutely horrible experience.

I really like this place, a bit over priced, although if you catch those deals they are worth it depending on the item. Some items are marked up that are made very cheap. So be careful.

This is the place to go for holiday decorations. Any holiday, but Christmas especially! Great prices and a selection that cannot be beat.

I'm just disappointed to see so much garbage every when I go to get a cart, don't get me wrong, that store is one of my favorites, but they should clean the entrance and the carts for all of us, their customers.

This place is AMAZING! Good prices. Lots of choices. I didn't even get to see the whole store but was definitely impressed. I will be finding a location close to my home. I will be a regular customer there.
