They are all a bunch of crooks up there. I wouldn't recommend buying anything from them or consider working there. 1 of the managers Jeremy Bradley and I believe his father Gerald Clay are no good! They steal and blame it on other people to keep their jobs! Karma will deal with them

We had nothing but a positive experience here. We were new to Lubbock and originally bought bedroom set somewhere else. That was all delivered in pieces so needless to say we sent it back. We then went to Ashley's and picked out a set we liked. Kaden was so good and got us what we wanted within our price range. Delivery took longer then expected but we loved the set and were willing to wait. I did have to call a couple times but Kaden took my call, or called me right back, every single time. He even took my call while out on the golf course on his day off. Customer service like that is hard to come by and why we went back when it was time to order a dresser.Delivery was smooth and they set everything up for us just how we wanted it. Would definitely shop here again

Salesman was very nice and helpful but our loveseat had a manufacturing defect after we got it home and we reported it within the 72 hour that another salesman said we could do and it would be replaced with no problem on them since it was within the 72 hour window and it definitely wouldn't be counted against us on the protection plan we purchased to use if something happened with the furniture in 5 years and now I get told they will only repair it and if it can't be repaired then I have to use my protection plan for the one time free replacement on a piece of furniture to replace it if it comes to that. Not happy at all should have went somewhere else to get our furniture !!!! This defect was not our fault it was like this right out of the box !Will never buy from here again !!!

I had very good service when I went in the store and they were more than happy to sell me something. That's where it ended. I have never purchased from them before and I thought being that I am over 65 years old and a widow, when he said, they would deliver the sofa I expected like delivery from any other store. No, what I received was the sofa in a box plopped down in the middle of my living room floor. He left it just like that. Also, my footstool was in a different box in the middle of the floor. When I contacted the store, they told me that that is how they deliver, and that I would've had to of paid extra for set up, which I did not know. Also, I never received the fee for the footstool and I have contacted customer service twice and been given two different dates as to when they will arrive. I also called the salesman and the store in Lubbock and he said that he would get those to me ASAP and it has now been three weeks and I still do not have them. I would never shop at the store again and never recommend it to anyone.

Originally, I had posted a 5-star review, but now I wish I could change it to a zero. We ordered a 4000 dollar couch from Ashley, and it has been nothing but problems. We have tried to get a technician out to look at it for MONTHS. Only to be told we are still waiting on parts. This isn't a little problem. The motorized recliners started to electrocute us, so we have had to have it un plugged for months now. This is just one of many issues with the couch. You can not get anyone from the call centers to help with anything. We are continually told to wait... wait... wait... I am positive now that they are doing this to run out the 1 year warranty so nothing can be done. I will NEVER buy anything from Ashley's again! The customer service is terrible, and no one in the out-of-Country call centers knows what is going on... I would steer clear of buying anything from Ashley's furniture!

Has anyone gone to Ashley furniture in Lubbock? The seedy used car dealer of furniture!! When you walk in, sales people jump on you like you're trying to buy a used car from a shitty car lot. Never again will I walk through the doors there. Oh, and also, the furniture there is complete junk. Don't waste your time or deal with the aggravation of dealing with those sales people. Terrible business. How is it even still in operation???? Would give it negative stars if that was an option to do here.

Never do delivery. Tried 3 times and never showed and didn't call. They claimed they called me and didn't have a miss call once. Never buying from here again

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM ASHLEY!We have had the wrong furniture delivered twice, and there is no accountability or customer service.I go to the store, and get nowhere. I call the customer service line, and get nowhere. It is absolutely infuriating.

They said that the recliner was in stock, and would be delivered before her surgery, then failed to deliver. Over a month later, and they showed up with a totally incorrect item for delivery. Instead of a leather recliner, they showed up with some ridiculous white cloth chair.

I waited over 6 months to get my furniture and no word until I go to the store and they tell me product is at warehouse on elm street. I go and only thing available was bed with no mattress but they said would be in a couple of days. I take what. I can get and after 3 more trips looking for mattress I go to store and cancel mattress. They do actually deliver a nightstand but I have to go pick up the dresser the same day of delivery of nightstand. I will never set foot in this store again as the sales person does not care about you after they make initial sale and had the nerve to be upset I cancel the mattress, probably because of his commission. Who cares if I have a bed setup without a mattress for 2 weeks.

5/13/2022-If I could give them an zero I would. I was contacted by the business owner about my review. I sent them all the info they asked for. I was then called by someone else they gave it too. I told them what happened to me. She then explained to me that sectionals come in different time.. blah blah blah. I understand that, that is why I was willing to wait when I first purchased it. I wasn't questioning the 3 month wait, I wanted to know why was it canceled. She told me that that's a moot point now. That I can re-order the furniture she will handle it but it will still take another 2 to 3 months for it to be delivered. Because of the wait she was willing to give me a 15% discount. I said why do I have to wait if my furniture is already here? She said that is no longer my furniture. Wow!?!? Even their customer service sucks. Go to Coyote Candle, Lubbock TX, I went and purchased my furniture and it was delivered the next day.

If I could give 0 stars I would. We ordered a full king bedroom set at the end of May 2021. We were offered a significant discount if we would be willing to wait 4-6 weeks for our furniture. We found the EXACT same set at Eddins furniture, but decided to go with Ashley due to the discount. Worst mistake ever. After 2 months we decided to cancel our order due to our order still not being in..Of course the "system changed" the day after we tried to cancel, so our money couldn't be put back on the card we used..we had to wait 3 weeks for a mailed check. When the check came in we were shorted $571. I had to personally drive to the storefront over 8+ times to deal with our cancellation order and try to find the rest of our money. They kept telling me our dresser was "delivered", but had no proof of an address, who delivered it, who signed off, etc. because it. DID NOT happen. Mind you, it's now October 2021. After talking to every manager in the store often enough to know them each by name, we finally got word (of course only because I drove to the store to check, not because the customer service called me..) that another check was on the way. Ready for the punch line? We STILL were shorted $11?! This store is a joke, and the employees need some education in customer service. During many of my trips there, I saw salesmen putting each other in headlocks, salesmen shooting staples at each other, and rude commentary. I understand shipping delays are part of our life these days, but the lack of communication and continued false promises are not okay. I will not be a returning customer, and I would NOT recommend Ashley Furniture. *Side note: we bought the exact same set at Eddins furniture on a Tuesday and had it delivered and assembled, by that Saturday! Best customer service!
