The owner took time to talk through the issues on the phone (which is rare) and once he had the vehicle, he took the time to diagnose the issue instead of just throwing parts at it and chasing symptoms. He walked me through other issues he noticed that were outside of his normal transmission work which was greatly appreciated. I would absolutely refer my friends and family to these guys. Thanks for the help!

I took one of my work vans to apache for a second opinion after another local shop told me I needed a new transmission. I was prepared to spend the money to install a new transmission. Everyone there was friendly and informative when I dropped off the vehicle. They called me the next day and told me my transmission was fine and had plenty of life left in it. I was very surprised and relieved I wasn’t going to have to spend thousands of dollars. I am a small business owner and i am grateful to have found another small business that is honest and treats people right. I will always use Apache from here forward for all my transmission needs.

I didnt have anything for him to work on , but Jason did take time to go out of his way and test drive my vehicle . Great customer service . If i do need transmission work , he will do it !!!!

I took my car in for what I assumed was a transmission issue and within the day and instead of telling me to just replace the transmission and be out of pocket 1500+ they went the extra mile and found it to be a wire issue 10 out of 10 would recommend their services to all my family and friends for their transmission needs!

The Best. Honorable. Trustworthy. I was told I needed a new transmission by another mechanic. I went to Jason and asked. Instead of just selling me transmission he told me to go back to the dealer and tell them to check a couple things. Dealer did it and it fixed my problem. He saved me $6k. I can't speak highly enough

Exceptional customer service! These guys did an excellent job fixing the transmission on my F-150.
The owner called and talked to me personally about everything going on with my truck, and his guys fixed it promptly. Even the mechanics were super friendly. I'm definitely a customer for life.

I couldn't be happier with my experience with Apache. Jason took the time to explain to me what was going on with my vehicle. They had it towed in and then I promptly received a call with the estimate. They had my vehicle returned to me ahead of schedule! Its great to find a shop with this kind of integrity!

I waited 10 days at another transmission place, then I had it towed to Apache. Within 24 hours they advised me of my needed repair. Not only did they replace the transmission in a timely basis. But it’s as good as new. I highly recommend Apache for your needs.

Called Apache transmission on a Wednesday afternoon about 4:00 and told them what was going on with my truck not shifting gears. They were able to diagnose what it was and told me to bring it in and that they were open till 6:00. Took it in and talked to Jason, the owner then he had his main mechanic come and talk to me and he told me what they needed to do and that they had the part in house. Told me that if I could leave it that day that they could get it in as soon as possible. Left it and got a call the next afternoon about 1:00 telling me that it was ready to be picked up. Great service, up front with all costs and details of the job to be done, will definitely recommend them to anyone in need of transmission work.
