After using another local collection company for previous tests, walking into the Lubbock AnyLabTest Now was a breath of fresh air. I walked in 30 min before closing time on a Saturday, and got the most courteous treatment one could ask for. And I even had special circumstances that were contrary to normal policy. Nich called the owners to verify and they ANSWERED!
During the hair collection process, Nich explained everything, making me comfortable, and also collected samples far more gently and more conscientious of what my hair would look like than they were in my past experiences at another company.
Ava Lynne greeted me the minute I walked in, and was very knowledgeable of the legal processes involved in regards to affidavits and reporting. She also didnt balk a bit when I told her I called the day before to get approval for the special circumstances, and instead checked with Nich, continued registering me, and assured me everything would work out. (On multiple occasions at the other place, they turned me away at the mention of anything they weren’t familiar with, including routine business records affidavit.) Ava Lynne stopped me when trying to explain it saying “Don’t worry, we see these all the time.” What a relief!!!
I will never go anywhere else! Thank you for the exceptional experience!

I came with 7 different labs needing to be drawn, packed in kits, and shipped out. I could not be more pleased with the professionalism and thoroughness displayed by all employees here. Costs were also reasonable. 100% recommend this facility! Even the receptionist was top notch.

Wow!!! I have had to had blood drawn so many times in my life and I have NEVER had someone hit my vein the first time and with the least amount of pain! Literally NO pain! Ryan and Micah at Any Lab Test Now on slide and 82nd are the BEST!!! Thank yall so much!
