The whole staff is very nice and accommodating. The value and service is probably the best in Lubbock. I have only taken my dogs once but will continue to take my dogs here. It can be difficult and stressful when your little furry friends aren’t at the best but they know this and take good care.

Not sure I’ll ever trust another vet with my dog. Dr. Heigi is hands down the best in Lubbock. One vet said my dog had cancer and had to remove his leg. Heigi handed me ointment and the spot went away in 3 days.

Brought my cat in for an ear infection. I asked vet to trim claws, which she did. It’s always been complimentary when I brought my animals in to other vets when treatment is given. But here, I was charged $20.00. Not too happy!

My girl split her nail very badly and her quick was exposed, worried about it getting infected i decided to take her in. We were seen quickly and her treatment was less than I was expecting it to be. The girls at the front desk were friendly. Happy with the care Sage got today ! Thank you!

One of the most caring place for your animals. My parents live 5hrs away and they come that far to bring their dogs. From the staff to the vets, everyone there has great pride in their job and it truly reflects, even on the phone.

I need to get my cat's claws trimmed. We took them to the P.E.T.S.'s clinic, but there was an extremely long line. So we left and I called Animal Care Clinic and the person who answered the phone had no clue how much it would cost to trim our cats claws. So we went there and they had their door locked during business hours. We were there around 10:15am on a Saturday. Their hours are from 9am- 12pm on Saturdays. It's not a good sign or a welcoming sign if a business locks their door during business hours. It sends a bad message to me!!!

I have been taking my dogs to this clinic for years. I took my dog in for limping for the 3 years that we have had the dog and they said she had arthritis and was giving us medication for arthritis. My dog started limping more and we called the clinic and Dr. Hagi which we always like to see was booked up. So we were going to wait to see him but the dog seemed to get worse so after a few days we made an appointment with Dr. Kemp. When we brought the dog home she could not even put her paw on the floor no longer just a limp. It was the end of the week I called and told them how unhappy I was and they said Dr. Hagi could not be seen until Monday. I took dog in now her ACL needs surgery and she has hip problems. And he said this has been going on for awhile which is news to me. She had arthritis. So I thought. I complained about Dr. Kemp and Dr. Hagi yelled at me. Then told me my dog needed surgery. I came home with feelings hurt about being yelled at and found another vet to go to. I called Dr. Hagi's office and told them I would like copies of records. The records were picked up and they made it sound like we did not take the dog in until days later just because not that we were waiting for appointment. and they said we declined xrays which were never mentioned to do. I am so sad that they did this to try to cover there back sides. They lied and cannot be trusted. My dog is going to suffer because of them. After all these years I am really sad about them doing this to us and my poor dog.

Bailey was so sweet and made a difficult conversation much easier. She answered every question I had and talked with me through all my options. I wish I could give her a hug!
