They fired me with no explanation and with no possibility of reinstatement. They said I resigned when I didn’t and refuse to show me any proof. The HR is not helpful at all so I would save yourself the troubles of applying here

Refused to fix ac unit a whole month almost to get it done then gave us a broken chewed wire portable ac unit that almost caught fire when I plugged it in.

Edit: Found out the crooked head of HR is leaving this month. So there may be hope for this site now but we will see.Use to love working for Amazon until I transferred to this building. Place is a joke and the head of HR is corrupt and fake as a 3 dollar bill. I was an L4 which if you don’t know, most “Associates” hire on at an L1 level. L4 is generally considered beginning management level. However, since I was hourly and not salary, I was not treated as any of the other management team.Amazon has a strict policy on working 12 hrs or any more than 60 hrs a week. Doesn’t apply though if you’re a manager. They will keep them there for long times and at terrible schedules.Also this building only offers part time shifts for general associates. Unless you’re in a support role (maintenance, safety, etc) So no benefits. Amazon is great at making itself look good. Don’t be fooled. If you’re trying to make a career here…avoid at all costs. 2 GMs have already been fired and the building is less than 2 years old. Of the original 6 senior operations managers, only 1 remains. The other 5 have transferred out or quit entirely.Seriously would not encourage anyone to work here.
