It was a breeze from beginning to end. Appointment set up was easy, finding her office was easy, being that Alicia is the only one you deal with makes it even easier.
Alicia has many years of invaluable expertise in doing taxes. She is welcoming, kind, witty, and very knowledgeable. If I could rate her a 10 star I would. We had some trouble and Alicia, without skipping a beat, figured it out & we were all set & finished. She definitely took a huge stress load off of me. Thank you Alicia.

Alicia was beyond helpful and very knowledgeable of her craft. I’ve never gone to a tax preparer before so it was a bit daunting but she welcomed us with open arms and kept it short and sweet without any headache. We will be returning to her next year.

My experience with Alicia was awesome! I have used the same tax preparer for the last 6 or 7 years, but then moved to Lubbock and was forced to look elsewhere. I was hesitant at first; but after some research, I found Alicia. She was available to get me in within 2 days of me calling and her pricing is competitive, if not better than most places I called around to. She walked through each form with me to ensure that I understood where my money was going and how it was being used - I had more than just the standard W2. I will definitely be a returning customer and have already told my friends who I know are looking around also.

Alicia is amazing. I am self employed (1099) and she worked wonders with my claim. She is very nice and knows what she is doing. It took her a total of 1hr to do my self employed claim and she did an amazing job! I have recommended her to all my friends and family! Thank you for doing such a great job for me Alicia!!!
