I have used them before and they did a great job! Recommended by a family member who was very satisfied with them. Moving again, scheduled my move a month ago! Tomorrow was the day, I been calling for 3 days with no response . I tried 6 times today, and sent texts. I’ve given up and arraigned someone different. Very dissatisfied. I actually recommended them to my realtor and the new buyers of our house. Of course I contacted them both and told them of their unreliability. Very unreliable!!

These guys are the worst. Never showed up. I had to make other arrangements. Called multiple times and texted with no response. Even sent an email. If I could give minus stars I would. Brett even says God Bless and Wreck Em" at the end of his message. Yeah, right. Thanks for leaving us in a lurch!

The movers were supposed to show up at 8 am to move my grandmother's belongings to a new retirement home. Not only did they not show up but didnot answer their phone either. We have tried multiple times to get into contact with them to no avail, meanwhile my Grandmother has all of her belongings moved out into the main lobby of her current residence and it has all been a huge mess. My Grandmother has health issues and does not need this added stress. This is so wrong to do to somebody let alone the elderly.

I work with Brett an he didn't paid me he will lie abut anything I see how he works he'll move ppl that needs to be moved then they will write him a check tell you hell pay you on Friday then won't

Awesome experience with this company. This was my second time to use them. They were prompt, professional and courteous. I had one extremely large piece of furniture to move (in addition to other furniture, boxes and miscellaneous items) and they were careful and inventive on how to move this piece. I highly recommend this company for your moving needs.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I scheduled a move 2 weeks out and he called to confirm the day before and promised he would be at my home at 8am the following morning - he never showed up!!! I called continually and my calls went straight to voicemail - never heard from him.

If I could give lower than 1 star, I would. I made a reservation for a move and confirmed. The day of the move came, and this company never showed. I waited/called/texted/emailed/etc and nothing. They never got back to me. I had to find other, last minute, expensive, arrangements.

We had a scheduled move for today, Tuesday May 28th. Brett even called to confirm yesterday on Memorial Day. No call no show. All calls go straight to voicemail. No response at all. Do Not Use. They have done this to other people before.

We have an appointment for them to be at the house at 8 am. They did not bother to show. After several phone calls and text messages, there were absolutely no replies. 3 days later, still no reply.

My daughter was due to move across town on Saturday April 13th. I spoke with Brett to book the move and he promised he would phone a couple of days beforehand to confirm everything. I called him on Friday as I had not heard anything. On Saturday, one hour before they were due to turn up, he phoned and left a message saying that the rainy conditions were too dangerous and offered to do it later Saturday or even Sunday. We called, emailed and texted back CONSTANTLY but they have fallen off the face of the earth. I have still not heard from them. Very disappointed. Please do not use this company.

I used Advanced Moving Service recently for my relocation from Lubbock to Austin and I cannot say enough about them! Their customer service and experience was great. Brett and his team went above and beyond to take care of me as I was in a tight spot and had a very tight timeline. They were all very generous and kind men.
