I went here for new brakes & brake fluid and was impressed with their knowledge, customer service, and honesty. The price was competitive, they were friendly, and kept me informed as I waited for the work to be done. It is hard to find a reliable and trustworthy mechanic, but these guys definitely know what they are doing, and I will for sure go to them for any future work or maintenance my vehicle needs.

Accurate Auto Repair is a stellar mechanic/body shop. They are equipped with the right tools and knowledge to fix any car (including my Porsche) and I was so happy to be their customer. I don't think I will go to any other mechanic from now on..they truly value your car as if it was their own. They take care of your vehicle when you need help and you can tell how successful they are with how busy they get!!! My brother in law was a customer and he suggested this place so I went to fix my car. You will not regret it. Thank you to Mohammed and your team!! Accurate is awesome.

I hate giving bad reviews since running a business is a difficult task.....but I must i next this case I will keep it short. 1. I took my car in for an oil change and was informed that I needed new front brakes and that my struts were leaking. Keep in mind I did NOT ask for an assessment of any other issues with my car but I appreciate any info. I asked for an estimate of both repairs and the brake job was 450$ and the strut replacement over 800$. When I got the estimate suddenly it was the back ones that needed to be replaced instead. I asked how severe brakes were and were told pretty bad. Was informed the struts would be ok for awhile. When I expressed I was not in the financial shape to spend over 1200$ on repairs the man (owner I think) suggested I apply for a credit card to pay for it! Lol! I went to my usual spot, supreme auto on Dempster and he informed me I should replace back brakes for 109$. Quite a difference. 2. Last time i went to accurate for a different repair they proceeded to do the repair WITHOUT calling me first and getting my approval for it.kind of shady. I don't trust this place. I recommend being very careful if one uses accurate auto. They may take advantage of you. Most of us are at the MERCY of professionals who know way more about the ins and outs of auto repair. Forewarned is forearmed...

I came in with a driver side headlight issue and I went to THREE other mechanics prior to going to here and ALL THREE MECHANICS could not fix my headlight issue. I came to Accurate Auto Repair and I was well greeted and it felt very much like home. Saad, the shop manager was well educated and explained to me step by step the process of how it would get done. I was in and out within 30 minutes, it was perfect! I cannot believe they did it in such a short amount of time. The other mechanics literally took hours. I left satisfied and will definitely be a regular customer. Great job.

I brought my car in for new brakes in the front and the back. A day after they were installed, I heard squeaking noises. I brought it back and they said that they replaced the brakes with new ones and I should be good. A day later, they were squeaking again. I brought it back again and they said it was fixed but it was not. I now have squeaking brakes and I don't want to spend the time and money to go get them redone somewhere else and I don't want to go back to Accurate Auto so I'm stuck. STAY AWAY! They do not know what they are doing or they lied to me.

My buddy went here for a brake job for the front and the back of his 2002 Toyota Avalon. They charged 900 dollars for a brake job. For a brake kit from rockauto.com for that car it would be 150 to 200 dollars. For the premium kit. Who knows what these guys put in. If they charge 200 for the brake kit where did the rest go. 700 in labor? That's a joke. That's almost 5 hrs in labor...from a dealership let alone a shop. It does not take 5 hrs for a brake job on an old Toyota. Realistically 2 hrs tops. Dont let these scum take your money. Do yourself a favor and shop for brakes to see what they cost on your car and ask around for shop hrs and book time for certain jobs. That is highway robbery. 700 in labor hours for brakes? I'm a tech I know it doesnt cost that much.
