USED to be my favorite gas station until the disrespectful lady at the cashier thinks it’s funny to not speak to me when I’m asking questions about my rewards number as well as how to put my phone number in the key pad since it wasn’t working. She refused to help me and then proceeded to tell me “How about you ask the guy behind you”He was a customer waiting to pay… She really treats people very disrespectfully and I truly believe no one should be treated this way. She told me I had caused issues there for 2 years when I only purchase gas… LOL I guess shes never been taught customer service.

They always have what you need and they don't they'll check and see if they have it in the back I enjoy going to the Dollar General

I called up here to find out who the store manager was and the night shift man who is working right now, was very rude and would not tell me who the store manager was without trying to get into my business. I would not recommend this place.

This particular 7-Eleven was the WORST place for a handicapped person like myself to try getting gas from. Twice the pump said for me to see cashier. Once I hobbled myself through the door I stated that I needed to fill up on a certain pump. The lady rudely said that I had to charge a certain amount inside the store and never gave me any reason as to why. I'd have gladly left the cashier my own wallet so I wouldn't have to go back...but no. As a handicapped person this was the first time this has ever happened to me. Nope...I will never return and encourage all handicapped folks to do the same.
Now....I can revoke the single star rating.

There's a particular employee that works overnights unfortunately she is stuck sitting in a chair. She is one of the most friendliest cashiers I've ever run into at a 7-Eleven. She treats her customers like their family. She'll talk to you she's friendly to you and she always greets you when you walk through the door. For me that's amazing you don't get that kind of service at most convenience stores. Especially a 7-Eleven. I hope that her owners recognize her and promote her I think if we had. More people like her I don't think many people would have too many complaints about going into a convenience store.

This old Hispanic lady cashier (looks like Roz from Monsters Inc.) gave me attitude when I went to redeem a lottery ticket and had the nerve to turn me away because she didn't feel like helping me. This store has atrocious customer service. Stay away.

I have literally made up my mind and no longer coming here. The manager is wonderful. So nice and courteous. But the older lady worker is RUDE and hateful. I find myself tensing up as I walk in praying she's not there. Well she was there today and because of her they lost my business. Really need to get her looked into. Reading other reviews I'm not the only one that feels this way.

Ok so I thought maybe this lady was having a bad day but she's for real just in hate with her life bcuz she is rude as hell even my 8 year notices the 1st couple of times I tired killing it with kindness but it don't work with her she's just a spiteful person it seems. I asked if I could pay for my daughter's icee separate and she really did let out a sigh half rolled her eyes didn't answer my question mind you but proceeded to scan the drink she didn't tell us the cost just waited with a look at me head slightly tilted only then did she get the best of me and edge her way to my bad side. I have her 1$ and a dime then I rudely finished my encounter with her(by this I asked for $20 of gas wout a smile nor eye contact) paid with my card and walked out. My daughter commented on her attitude and I then told my daughter she's one of the examples of a type a person she should never be. She happily agreed and promised she would never. This was just one of the encounters with her a few weeks ago. She was there again today same attitude same rudeness, same ugly look. Only this time I will be calling to speak to the manager about her. She shot me a dirty look so I did the same back then shrug my shoulders while giving her a disgusted look gagging almost as I turned away. My daughter wasn't with me and it felt good but then quickly had mixed feelings as I knew I was wrong. Please 7 eleven are y'all that hard up on employees? Murphy's down the street has same gas prices and the couple of times I've been in, they greet every single person who walks in like it policy. Maybe y'all could take a lesson or two. Bad business. Bad business

Convenient location to get gas. I haven't gone inside, I usually only come to 7-Eleven to get gas. They may not always be the cheapest but they've been planting trees.
